This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro membership subscriptions purchased on eventspherex.com.

7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your Pro membership, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following details:

• Your registered email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing Time

• Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund. If you are within the 7-day window, please contact us separately to request a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund window
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
