Use of the Website

EventSphereX provides event industry news, articles, tools, and resources. You may use the website for personal and professional reference, subject to the following conditions:

Pro Membership & Digital Business Card

Certain features may be available through a paid Pro membership. Pro membership terms, including pricing and cancellation conditions, are outlined on the relevant subscription page and our Refund Policy. All payments for digital subscriptions are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Digital Business Card Validity

• Your digital business card link remains live and accessible only for the duration of your active subscription plan.
• Single Card Plan: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Pro Plan (Monthly): Valid for 1 month, auto-renews monthly.
• Pro Plan (Yearly): Valid for 1 year, auto-renews annually.
• Business/Enterprise Plans: Valid for the purchased billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

What Happens After Expiry

• If your plan expires and is not renewed, your card link will stop working and visitors will see a "Card Not Found" page.
• Your card data (name, photo, contacts, design) is not deleted and remains saved in your account for 90 days after expiry.
• You can renew anytime within 90 days to reactivate your card with all your previous data intact.
• After 90 days of inactivity, your card data and slug (URL) may be permanently removed.

Renewal

• You will receive a reminder via email before your plan expires.
• To renew, log in to your Pro Dashboard and select a plan from the "My Plan" section.
• Renewal pricing is based on the current rates at the time of renewal.

EventSphereX may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.
