Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to any paid services or subscriptions purchased on eventspherex.com.
No Refund Policy
All payments made for Pro Tools subscriptions (Single Card, Pro, Business, Enterprise) are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, the payment is final.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the features and pricing before purchasing
- Digital services are delivered instantly upon payment
- No refunds, partial or full, will be issued after purchase
This is standard practice for digital subscription services in India, as the service is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned."
Card Validity & Expiry
Your digital business card link stays live only for the duration of your active plan:
- Single Card / Yearly Plans: Card is live for 1 year from purchase date
- Monthly Plans: Card is live as long as your monthly subscription is active
After your plan expires, your card link will stop working. Your data is saved for 90 days so you can renew and reactivate anytime. After 90 days without renewal, your card data and URL may be permanently removed.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your Pro features and card link remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your card data is retained for 90 days after expiry for easy reactivation
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period
Subscription Renewal
- Monthly plans auto-renew each month unless cancelled
- Yearly plans auto-renew annually unless cancelled
- You will receive a reminder before renewal
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider a goodwill credit (not refund) at our sole discretion for:
- Technical issues on our end that prevented you from using the service for an extended period
- Duplicate or accidental payments (must be reported within 48 hours)
To report such issues, contact us immediately with your payment receipt.
